In doing this the client develops a healthy relationship with food, an active lifestyle to keep their metabolism moving and to create a balance between everyday life and healthy living.

Q: Do you have a Maintenance Program?
A: At Shaun Kelley our goal is to help you learn not only how to lose weight, but how to effectively maintain your weight loss as well. The Maintenance component of our Membership helps transition you from baby steps to walking on your own. During our maintenance program you are further guided on everyday issues such as dining out or eating healthy while traveling.

Q: Do you have an Adolescent Program?
A: Yes. The Shaun Kelley Weight Loss Program is available to adolescents 13-17 years old without health conditions and/or taking medications. The Program includes bi-weekly One-on-One Consultations and a customized meal plan.

Q: Do you offer menus?
A: We do have several forms of recipes and can help you put together a meal that will fit into the program regimen.
